Freelancer Productions received awards for two marketing videos during the 2007 MAX Awards, held by the Northern Michigan Ad Club.

A Merit Award was received for a marketing video produced for Kettunen Center, while a video intended to be looped at trade shows brought home an Excellence Award, the top honor given this year in corporate/industrial video production.

Both videos were shot and edited by Eric Wotila. At 18, Eric was the youngest professional to receive honors at the MAX Awards.

The MAX Awards honor exceptional advertising materials, including printed adverting, audio and video productions. Entries are judged against a standard of excellence, with three categories of awards being given.
